Receptionist

Job Summary:
Carl Hogan Automotive, Inc. is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team at our dealership. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This is a part-time, individual contributor role for Saturday only.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary of $10 per hour, paid weekly. Other benefits include a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and advancement, and the chance to work with a reputable company in the auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area
- Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's calendar
- Process and file paperwork, including sales and service contracts, invoices, and other customer documents
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service departments
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and coworkers
- Follow dealership policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
