We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized
Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Maintain front desk security and follow visitor sign-in procedures
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed by other departments
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
