Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Requirements - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
