Office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join the team. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the front office.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Manage the reception area, conference room schedule, and maintain a clean, presentable space
- Prepare the conference room for client meetings, including beverages, materials, and general tidiness
- Handle incoming and outgoing FedEx, USPS, and other mail/courier services
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing documents
- Prepare and organize case binders and legal packets as directed by attorneys or legal staff
- Maintain office supplies and support general administrative needs
Requirements: - Prior experience in a professional office setting, preferably a law firm or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong client service orientation
- Basic proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite
