Pay Rate: 12.65 per hour
Shift Pattern: Ad hoc
Contract: Temporary
Your Role:
As a Reception Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing ticket and Customer Card issues
- Processing cash transactions using a computerised till system
- Maintaining daily cash reports
- Booking facility entries while adhering to audit guidelines
- Assisting with membership inquiries and applications
- Responding to general public inquiries, both in person and by phone
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in cash handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Great time management and attention to detail
