Position Summary:- Receives, greets and directs callers, as well as visitors, at the reception desk
- Answers inquiries and connects callers to the appropriate parties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Answer all incoming calls to the Village in a timely manner
- Greet all visitors courteously and with a smile
- Sort the daily mail
- Assist residents with any questions they may have
- Administrative tasks include: email, updating resident information boards, collating, filing
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to function calmly and efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
