Description Join Our Team as a Receptionist.As our Receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of our office, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests, callers, and team members alike. This isn't just any receptionist role - you'll be the heartbeat of the office, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently while adding a touch of personality to everything you do.

What Will You Be Doing? - Greet and screen visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Manage the visitor reception log and issue and retrieve access badges.
- Masterfully handle a multi-line phone system, connecting callers with the right people and making their day a little brighter.
- Provide essential support to keep our office humming, from organizing files to tackling special projects.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail with precision and ensure packages are received and shipping labels are ready to go, along with employee equipment tracking.
- Support employee engagement and culture projects, helping create a vibrant and connected workplace.
- Assist People Operations team with in person events and other projects as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:Must-Haves: - Professional Presentation: Maintains a polished, professional appearance at all times.
- Communication Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to make everyone feel welcome.
- Organization and Detail Orientation: Proactive, highly organized, and meticulous with details, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Multitasking Ability: Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities and priorities seamlessly.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with internal phone and communication systems and their proper use.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- Confident navigating office software and communication tools to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Nice-to-Haves: - Experience: Previous experience in a front-facing administrative or receptionist role, demonstrating the ability to handle similar responsibilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick-thinking and resourceful in addressing issues or questions as they arise.
- Hospitality Flair: A natural ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for guests and team members alike.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $16 - $20/per hour.
