DescriptionFront Desk Attendant - Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Duties: - Greet all members, guests, and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately.
- Provide accurate information about club events, dining, and private parties; direct guests to the correct locations.
- Record daily dining reservations using the club's reservation software and distribute reports to dining staff.
- Prepare and reconcile the daily deposit; count and maintain cash bank.
- Review POS tickets for accuracy; organize and file by member number.
- Accept non-cash payments and cash checks for members.
- Process employee reimbursements in accordance with club policies.
- Maintain front desk supplies and equipment (e.g., tape, staples, pens).
- Copy and fax documents as needed.
- Maintain a daily activity log and ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
- Manage the Lost & Found log; promptly secure and document valuables turned in.
- Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
QualificationsWork Schedule: - Tues& Fri: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Sat & Sun: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (alternating shifts)
Holiday Availability Required: - Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- New Year's Day
