Receptionist - $17.82/hr Location: Onsite Arlington, TX
Schedule: Full-time Contract -to-Perm Opportunity
Summary: We're seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support daily office functions. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience with multi-line phones, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors; manage sign-in and access
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage voicemail, take messages, and provide general information
- Maintain calendars, receive mail, and route faxes and documents
- Process payments and prepare travel vouchers
- Order and stock office supplies
- Perform general clerical duties (filing, photocopying, etc.)
Requirements: - 1-2 years of receptionist or office support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Physical Requirements: - Mostly seated work; occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs)
