Front Desk Receptionist to join a well-established organization in the title and real estate services industry. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a front-facing administrative role and enjoys being the first point of contact in a professional office setting.
This is a
100% onsite,
temp-to-hire role located in a corporate environment. The position involves greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, managing mail and faxes, and performing general clerical duties to support daily office operations.
Position Details: - Location: 100% onsite (no remote/hybrid)
- Type of Hire: Temp to Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (shifts vary: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM)
- Pay Rate: $17.82 per hour
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Hiring Process: Manager review + interview required before offer
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and direct office visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system; route calls and take messages
- Respond to general inquiries regarding the organization
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and faxes; maintain publication routing
- Order and track office supply inventory
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when required
- Assist in preparing basic reports, memos, and other documentation
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of receptionist or front office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally
- Professional attitude and presentation
Pay Details: $17.82 per hour
