Job Summary: LHH is seeking a Receptionist for one of our clients to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
