Abingdon Health & Rehab Center currently has an opportunity for a front desk Receptionist to join our team. Our Center is looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a positive outlook. This position is the first face of our Center who will promote Abingdon Health & Rehab's mission of providing peace of mind to patients, families, and communities.

This position is Part-Time/PRN for evenings and weekends. Shifts may vary depending on the need.

As a Receptionist, you will:

Warmly welcome and direct our visitors in a cheerful and professional manner
Answer and forward phone calls
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Assist team members and patients

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for a Receptionist:

Exceptional Customer Service Skills
A cheerful demeanor and desire to help others
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Office experience (preferred)
Proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office Products
