• Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
• Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
• Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
• Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
• Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions Qualifications:
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
