LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Receptionist/Data Entry Specialist to join our client's team in Kearny Mesa for a minimum 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and email correspondence
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Verify and review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Assist with clerical support, including document preparation and scanning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of receptionist and/or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
- Full-time
- Onsite
- Monday- Friday
- 7:00am-3:00pm PST

- Compensation: $21.00-$22.00 per hour DOE
