Our client, a Private Equity Firm, is looking to hire a Receptionist in Palm Beach, FL.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
  • Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including setup and cleanup.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
