Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator.
Position Overview In this dynamic role, you will be the
first voice of our luxury service department. You'll manage a
high volume of inbound calls, coordinate appointment scheduling, and also make
outbound calls to promote additional business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking to people, and are committed to excellence in every interaction, we want to hear from you.
Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 to 6:00 (1.0 Hr Lunch) 1 Saturday per Month (Optional Monday off when scheduled for Saturday) Key Responsibilities - Answer and manage a high volume of inbound service calls with professionalism and care
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments using dealership CRM/DMS tools
- Make outbound calls to past and prospective clients to:
- Remind them of upcoming or overdue maintenance
- Inform them of current recalls and current service promotions
- Re-engage lost or inactive customers
- Communicate clearly with service staff and clients to maintain accurate expectations
- Maintain organized records of client contact and appointments.
- Deliver an elevated customer service experience aligned with the Lincoln brand
Qualifications - Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or call center role (automotive or luxury service experience preferred)
- Comfortable making outbound calls to generate and retain service business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polished, professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus
