Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive assistant and scheduling support to Chief Strategy and Revenue Office, the VP of Dining and resource team members as needed
  • Manage a variety of complex administrative duties that require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, maturity, and good judgment.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for home office and campus co-workers as requested, including: Timely and accurate calendars, and ordering and set up of meals for all
  • Manage the USPS, UPS and FedEx processes by sorting outgoing facility mail and distributing all incoming mail as well as notifying the office of changes with deliveries or pick-ups
  • Special assignments and projects as directed.
  • Serves as backup support for other office assistants as needed.
  • Warmly greets and welcomes co-workers, and any visitors to the office and directs them to the appropriate place or person; answers routine questions of those who work at the Home Office
  • Operates telephone system and voicemail as required while answering incoming calls, both internally and externally, in a warm, pleasant, and professional Take detailed messages when appropriate and ensure messages are relayed promptly to the intended person.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • Communication skills that include careful listening, thoughtful responses, and accurate reporting to appropriate people, and proper telephone etiquette.
  • Able to operate office equipment including copier, fax machine, postage meter,
  • A basic understanding of computer systems; Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) experience preferred
  • Good organization skills
  • Professional, cheerful personality
  • High School diploma or GED
