Receptionist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Receptionist /Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth front desk operations while supporting various departments with administrative and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist various departments with administrative support as needed
Maintain and organize office records and files
Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or data entry role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional demeanor and customer service skills
