As a Receptionist 4, you will be part of the front desk operations supporting a vibrant workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? - Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
- Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner.
- Act as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activities.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and common areas to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Process mail and deliveries, and execute the badging process for employees, visitors, and third-party providers.
