The Position
The mission of every Robertson employee is to execute their responsibilities with the goal of saving and protecting the lives of service members across the globe. The Receiving/Warehouse Clerk is responsible for unloading and unpacking material entering the facility, verifying delivery quantity with bills of lading, staging material for incoming Q/C, stocking the material in warehouse and kitting the material to support the manufacturing process. Additional duties include performing inventory counts,
researching discrepancies, picking up orders at suppliers, moving material between facilities and loading trucks for shipment of product.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Unpacking and verifying receipts of material.
  • Stocking of material in warehouse.
  • Kitting of material for production.
  • Loading and Unloading Freight
  • Various inventory counts, parts pulls and production support activities.
  • Staging material for inspection.
  • Marginal duties may include the following:
    • Transferring material between facilities.
    • Picking up orders from local suppliers.
    • General warehouse cleaning and organization.
    • Perform year-end inventory.
  • Adherence to Export Control and Technology Control Plan (TCP) as applicable to job function
  • Adherence to Compliance Plan and Employee Policy Manual

Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent; and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Receiving/Warehouse role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Professional Qualifications
Previous forklift experience.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Project and Access as required)
Mathematical understanding consistent with the educational requirements
Ability to read, write and communicate clearly and effectively in English
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to use various tools to identify and solve problems
Strong customer service and company culture/ reputation orientation
