About the Role:

As a Receiving Clerk, you'll be the first line of defense for quality control. You'll ensure that all incoming shipments are accurately checked, recorded, and organized, helping the company maintain its seamless supply chain. Your attention to detail will be vital in verifying shipments, keeping accurate records, and ensuring that materials are stored efficiently. By supporting our inventory management system, you'll help ensure that we always have the right products on hand, on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unloading Shipments: Receive and unload delivery trucks, ensuring all materials are handled with care.
  • Quality Control: Check incoming shipments against product invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Use an inventory management system to perform inventory transactions, update records, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Organizing and Storing Materials: Efficiently organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure easy access and proper storage.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and timely resolution of any discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving clerk role preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when checking shipments and maintaining records.
  • Inventory Management: Basic experience with or willingness to learn inventory management systems.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move packages, with physical capability to unload deliveries.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work with other departments to resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and shipping/receiving processes is advantageous.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
