Position Overview:
The Package Coordinator/Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, registering, and checking out packages for the residents.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Registering packages
- Answer phone calls
- Receive packages and register them in the system.
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area.
- Handle inquiries from residents
- Generate a package report at the end of the shift.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma is required
- Proficient with Microsoft MS programs; Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Must have strong time management skills and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift to 30 lbs
- Bilingual a plus
