Description Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates and maintains incoming products and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately prepares ASNS so products can be received on time
- Coordinates/schedules with carriers to ensure accurate receipt of product, and maintains records
- Ensures product is accurately entered into the inventory system and receipts are released to accounts payable

- Able to perform tasks accurately

- Able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Able to use scanners in conjunction with the inventory system
- Check and restock merchandise & inventory, inspect for damage, and verify counts
- Meet and maintain accuracy and production goals
- Responsible for entering overages and shortages into the computer system in a timely and efficient manner, usually within 24 hrs of putaway completion on the floor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a team
- Perform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test
- Wear appropriate footwear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by Company policy
- Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver's Handbooks
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop
- Also required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hear
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- May be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and/or vehicles, high/precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight, risk of explosion, and/or vibration. Noise level may be moderate to heavy
- Must have considerable mobility, and be able to stand and/or sit for long durations of time
Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities:
- Able to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blue prints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Knowledge and ability to work with 120/277/480 volt electricity;
- Ability to perform work productively with a high quality of workmanship while able to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety;
- Be dependable, trustworthy, display a professional attitude, and complete work within given deadlines;
- Ability to use resourcefulness and tact in meeting new problems;
- Ability to perform assigned work in a systematic and organized manner;
- Detail oriented;
- Must be able to take initiative and be self-sufficient while working independently with minimal supervision;
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, orally, diagram, and/or schedule form;
- Proficient with basic computer skills;
- Using English, communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing;
- Ability to work as a team member in a professional manner;
- Customer service oriented.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent is preferred;
- 6 months-1 year facility maintenance supervisory experience is preferred;
- Conveyor repair and maintenance experience required;
- Scissors lift and forklift experience preferred;
- Must possess and maintain a valid and current driver's license;
