Culinary Department Delivery Receiver/ Prep Cook Manage/receive deliveries and product disbursement/storage for the community
- Maintain safe/clean loading dock, package storage locations, dry storage, walk ins refrigerators and freezers
- Effectively communicate to management about inventory levels and par level needs
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for deliveries and package pick up/removals
- Rotate items using FIFO method
- Dispose of outdated/expired items
- Maintain organization and inventory of disaster supplies
- Please make sure the language says they must be able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs and will be on their feet potentially all of their shift.
- Line cook experience required
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: - High school diploma
- Culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience
