Summary You will serve as a REALTY SPECIALIST in the Real Estate and Asset Management Section of the MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION. Responsibilities You will plan, develop, manage provide oversight for delegated and assigned work and be the leader for the audit mission action plan working closely with the Real Property Accountable Officer of the command. You will originate and establish policy, goals, objectives, methods, procedures for the command. You will provide resolution and conclusion that are considered authoritative, efficient, and effective. You will review for feasibility in relation to requirements and for conformance with overall policy and program objectives. You will prepare of monthly financial and other quantitative and qualitative analysis of real property assets. You will establish and maintain a real property asset management program applying a broad range of policies and regulations related to federal real property lifecycle asset management. You will develop, implement, review and improve real property inventory policy that meets the intent of applicable guidelines and instructions. You will develop and deliver briefings to command senior leaders, facility and financial program teams, Installation/Site Commanders and other staff on the inventory, audit readiness, plans, and results. You will conduct the planned work and in compliance with the policies and procedures for programs assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical leadership, training and mentoring in the acquisition, management, and disposal of real estate property assets.
