About General Services Administration (GSA)

We are currently recruiting for Peace Corps AmeriCorps Volunteers to work as Realty Specialist for the Public Buildings Service (PBS) serving as a trainee assisting a higher graded specialist and/or team leader, performing a limited range of real property disposal, utilization, and management actions. Location of position: General Services Administration, 10 Causeway St , Boston MA

Duties

Major duties may consist of:

  • Perform entry-level real property operations including property utilization and/or management under the guidance of a higher-level specialist or team leader.
  • Transfer and/or dispose of surplus real property under the guidance of a higher-level specialist or team leader.
  • Aid special program and/or pilot project teams in performing day-to-day realty operations for assigned areas.
  • Review current real property assignments to draft analytical reports, including research findings and/or recommendations or guidance for mitigating problems or issues.
  • Determine special requirements for routine real estate transactions.

The education and/or experience required is based on the duties of the position and level of responsibility. A Human Resources specialist will review your application to determine if you meet these requirements.
