As our Property Management Systems Specialist with Wingate, you will be entrusted to ensure smooth operations of RealPage products, providing expert-level technical support, user training, and process improvements. You will be key to supporting our team's success, ensuring that all users are fully equipped and maximizing efficiency across departments.

As a Property Management Systems Specialist, you will: - Oversee and manage the internal Wingate RealPage Helpdesk, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of support requests.
- Provide expert-level technical support for all RealPage products (e.g., OneSite, Financial Suite, Business Intelligence), addressing user errors and troubleshooting issues.
- Identify recurring support issues and partner with departments to provide user training and process improvements.
- Collaborate in the rollout and implementation of new RealPage products and ensure successful adoption across teams.
- Develop training materials and policies to help users optimize their use of RealPage products.
- Proactively report widespread issues to RealPage Support and ensure timely resolution.

What We Look For: - Strong technical knowledge of RealPage products (OneSite, Financial Suite, Business Intelligence, etc.) and property management systems.
- Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and user training.
