Job Title: Sr. Associate or Partner (Real Estate)
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Salary: $150,000-$200,000 (Base) $180,000-$300,00 (Total Comp)

Responsibilities
- Managing a mix of litigation and transactional real estate duties
- Collaborating with the Senior Partner to manage and expand the real estate practice.
- Handling a variety of real estate areas including: acquisitions, land development, financing, leasing, and litigation
- Handling disputes
- Leasing for franchisees
- Entitlements for development projects
- Contracts for commercial sales
- Build your own book of business
Qualifications
- J.D. from Accredited Law School
- Barred in CA
- 5+ years doing Real Estate Litigation and Transactional Law
- Nice to have:
- Partner candidates should have a book of business
- Familiarity with acquisition, leasing, financing, development, entitlement, construction, disposition, property taxes
- General Real Estate Litigation experience
