Your specific duties will include: - Reviewing sales contracts and ensuring all documents are in order.
- Analyzing title commitments and lender instructions to identify and resolve title issues.
- Conducting online research of public records and property appraiser websites.
- Communicating effectively with all parties involved, including lenders, real estate brokers, attorneys, and buyers/sellers.
- Drafting deeds, affidavits, hold harmless agreements, closing disclosures, and HUD statements.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- 2+ years of real estate title processing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with DoubleTime software is a plus.
Pay Rate Range: $60-65K plus year-end bonus and full company benefits.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
