Job Details

Real Estate Services Manager - Primary Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, maintain, and manage a diverse client portfolio with Municipalities and WisDOT
Manage municipal/DOT clients' real estate needs, including:
Acquisition cost estimating
Appraisal
Negotiation
Acquisition/Relocation
Setting and maintaining project budgets and overseeing projects
Lead, mentor, and develop staff and a team of real estate professionals
Other duties as assigned
