Location: Phoenix, AZ 85012 (Full-Time, In-Office Position)

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced appointment setter with a strong background in identifying, approaching, pitching, and prospecting clients for our services. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in sales, marketing, negotiation, and consistently meeting KPI targets. You will oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract execution.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Follow-up: Engage with leads that have been previously contacted, received offers, or have yet to respond, ensuring consistent follow-through and nurturing.
- CRM Management: Effectively utilize CRM software to manage and track the lifecycle of each lead, maintaining up-to-date records and progress.
- Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with potential clients, customizing communication to meet individual needs and enhance engagement.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate meetings with decision-makers to introduce services and align solutions with client needs.
- Strategic Follow-up: Implement targeted follow-up strategies to encourage lead re-engagement and facilitate successful conversions.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, sharing valuable insights with the team.
- Key Relationship Management: Support in fostering strong client relationships and assist in closing high-priority opportunities.

Compensation Structure: Base Salary: $30,000 per year (paid weekly at $576.92) Commission: Uncapped earning potential, with average total compensation over $145,000. Commission paid on successfully closed clients. Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years sales experience Proven track record in new business development, relationship building with decision-makers Experience in CRM systems to manage customer lifecycle
Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Sales-driven with a history of meeting KPIs Technical acumen, particularly with platforms and services Knowledge of the real estate/wholesale real estate industry is a plus
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Required: Ability to commute or relocate before starting)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts
