As an agent on our team, you will:

• Follow up with leads, clients, and sphere using proven systems and scripts
• Set and attend buyer and seller consultation appointments
• Conduct showings, open houses, and assist clients throughout the transaction
• Learn and execute contract writing, offer strategy, and negotiation tactics
• Track your performance using our lead conversion and transaction systems (SISU)
• Leverage team-provided resources, support staff, and coaching to stay in production
• Maintain consistent communication with your pipeline and the team
• Commit to ongoing skill development through team trainings and self-leadership

• Strategic Growth Plan & Onboarding : Personalized roadmap built around your goals, tracked with clarity and accountability
• Ongoing Development & Support : Regular coaching, training, and workshops to strengthen your sales and communication skills
• Lead Conversion Mastery : We teach you how to strategically convert across all lead types - not just hand you names
• Open House & Listing Opportunities : Plug into active listings and open house opportunities to get you in front of more buyers and sellers
• Full Operations Team : Transaction coordination, listing prep, scheduling, and backend support handled for you
• Office Access in Carlsbad : 24/7 secured access to a private office, meeting rooms, and collaborative space

• Licensed California real estate agents - or currently enrolled in real estate school

This is a paid internship program designed to walk you through every part of the real estate process with hands-on mentorship and support. You'll learn by doing and close deals with guidance every step of the way.
