Real Estate Paralegal Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Contract/Contract-to-Hire (3 Months)
Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour
LHH is working with a corporate client in seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their in-house legal team in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will assist with retail lease administration, contract management, and general legal support to help ensure compliance and organization within the legal department.
Responsibilities: - Support retail lease transactions, including assisting with business license applications, entity filings, and lease documentation.
- Upload, organize, and maintain contracts in the company's contract database, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing leasing contracts and other real estate-related agreements.
- Provide general legal administrative support, including coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.
- Monitor key lease deadlines and compliance requirements to support business operations.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, with a focus on real estate or leasing contracts.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and contract management experience.
- Experience with retail leases, business licensing, or real estate transactions preferred.
- Previous experience in an in-house legal department or real estate company is a plus.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
