Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Legal Assistant / Jr. Paralegal to join our client's Business, Finance & Tax (BFT) team. This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys and legal professionals on complex and varied business matters, including corporate transactions, real estate, financing, and tax.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of matter opening forms, conflict checks, and engagement letters
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memoranda, agreements, and legal documents
- Create and manage closing binders using Litera; maintain both electronic (PDF) and physical files
- Organize and manage legal documents within iManage document management system
- Submit expense reimbursements and track case files from inception to completion
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a junior paralegal or senior legal assistant role, preferably in commercial real estate and corporate law
- Proficiency in legal support tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Litera, and PDF Docs
- Solid understanding of real estate legal terminology and legal administrative procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a customer-service mindset
- Experience using iManage or similar document management systems is a plus
