Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal for a prominent Texas-based law firm with a national reach. As the Real Estate Paralegal, you would be responsible for supporting attorneys with commercial transactions. This opportunity is full-time, fully on-site, and direct hire.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions
  • Review and analyze title commitments and surveys
  • Prepare and review closing documents
  • Conduct due diligence and legal research related to real estate matters
  • Organize and maintain real estate files and documentation
  • Communicate with clients, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents
  • Perform related tasks as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with real estate terminology
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of paralegal experience in a law firm, specifically in commercial real estate
  • Prior experience with title and survey analysis
  • Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, and/or Legal Assistant Certification strongly preferred
