We're hiring a full-time, licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support a growing brokerage in Jupiter, FL. This role goes beyond typical admin work, you will assist with listings, showings, marketing, contracts, and transaction coordination. You will work directly with the broker to keep deals on track, communicate with clients and vendors, schedule inspections, and manage marketing materials. It's a hands-on role ideal for someone who's organized, licensed, and eager to grow in the real estate industry. This position includes base pay, performance bonuses, and additional benefits. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
• Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
• Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Able to work in-person in Jupiter, FLFamiliarity with MLS systems and real estate contractsProficient with Google Workspace and Canva (or willing to learn)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional, trustworthy, and calm under pressureWilling to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed Qualifications:
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
• Background in real estate is required for this position
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in real estate, admin support, or transaction coordination (preferred) Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly

Compensation:
$35,000-$45,000 per year
