We are currently seeking a Real Estate Loan Operations Specialist to join the team in the Mortgage Service Center. This role will be responsible for loan servicing activities and providing operational support to the loan servicing vendor. This role will also perform post-closing activities, audit new loans transferred to our loan servicing vendor, monitor construction loans, and review and reconcile various reports. Compensation The hourly salary range for this role is $18.50 - $22.75 / per hour; commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred 2 years of experience in mortgage banking/mortgage servicing or related experience required Knowledge of accounting concepts and practices Knowledge of real estate loan servicing concepts, terminology, and procedures Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Must possess analytical skills to research, resolve and communicate issues with lending and origination staff, and management Possesses attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and excellent follow-through Self-starter and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Are you interested in learning more about us?
