Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Handle commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on real property

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy

Manage litigation cases independently with attention to detail and deadlines

Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications - Needed:

J.D. from an accredited law school; must be licensed to practice in California

Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, preferably up to 6 years

Experience or strong interest in real property and commercial litigation

Ability to manage litigation matters with minimal supervision

Strong writing, organizational, and oral advocacy skills

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
