Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate complex documents for the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
Conduct and coordinate due diligence processes, including title, survey reviews, and closings.
Represent buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide range of real estate transactions.
Negotiate and close acquisition, construction, and permanent financing.
Work with local, state, and federal officials to ensure compliance with development and land-use regulations.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of substantive real estate law experience.
Strong background in commercial, industrial, and residential real estate transactions.
Outstanding academic credentials and a proven track record of professional success.
Exceptional drafting, analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and building strong client relationships.
