Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a strong focus on commercial leasing and financing.
4. Proven experience in venture capital and complex leasing transactions.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
8. Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.
9. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships with clients.
10. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
11. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
