Hi,
I'm the direct recruiter for a Real Estate Executive/Administrative Project Assistant to support a growing multi-company real estate/investment portfolio founder. Local to your area.
Flexible Schedule
As Executive/Administrative Assistant supporting the owner of Land Investing Solutions ( ) & other companies, you'll be supporting multiple ventures/occasional personal tasks. Bixby location.
HIGHLIGHTS
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders/banks, and legal teams to facilitate real estate transactions.
• Manage calendar/coordinate meetings/prioritize scheduling across multiple ventures
• Handle owner/business correspondence (emails, messages, and calls) professionally/consistently
• Maintain organization for key deliverables/follow-ups/task tracking
• Draft/refine high-quality written communications (emails, reports, updates)
• Confidently handle phone/virtual calls, representing owner with professionalism/polish
• Coordinate with clients/stakeholders/internal teams to align communications/expectations
• Support initiatives across multiple companies under owner portfolio
• Assist in implementing/maintaining EOS processes: Rocks, Scorecards, IDS preparation
• Occasional support for personal scheduling/administrative needs
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience as an AA/EA similar to the responsibilities noted above PLUS:
• Real Estate Company Experience Admin experience working with Property management company, Title company, or Mortgage company
• Outstanding English written/verbal communication skills; understand/work in US business environment
• Proficient in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Skilled in managing a variety of tasks across different areas of work
• Align with owner core values: solving problems, valuing relationships, always doing the right thing, seeking continuous improvement
• Background in real estate is a plus
