Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting my client's expansion and project delivery across various property types, including retail, office, and mixed-use developments. You will oversee project lifecycles from concept to completion, working closely with in-house architects, engineers, and property managers to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project development phases, including planning, design, permitting, and construction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and enforce adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Communicate project milestones, updates, and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic expansion of my client's portfolio and presence in emerging markets.
