We are seeking an experienced Real Estate / Corporate Transactional Attorney with a portable book of business who has a proven track record in handling real estate and corporate matters. This role will allow you to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients and guide them through transformative business events.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise business clients on real estate and complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity investments.
- Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, entity structuring, formation, and general business operations.
- Partner with start-ups and emerging companies to support their growth strategies and legal needs.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage key transactional agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to address intellectual property, tax, trademark, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 3 years of experience in real estate, corporate law, including transactional work such as mergers & acquisitions and venture capital.
- Expertise in business structuring, and client advisory.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve a diverse client base.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
