Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Our client, a leading AmLaw 65 firm, is seeking a partner-level attorney with extensive experience in condominium development to join their sophisticated real estate practice. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced real estate attorney to collaborate with a well-established team and contribute to a thriving practice in West Palm Beach.
Candidate Profile:

•   JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

•   Bar Admission in Florida (in good standing).

•   Minimum of 15 years of substantive real estate experience, with a focus on condominium development (link removed)>

•  A portable book of business , with the ability to support a team of 1-2 associates and a condo paralegal.

•  Expertise in drafting complex condominium documents, managing vertical subdivisions, and representing developers, buyers, and sellers in commercial and residential property transactions.

•  Strong communication, analytical, and advocacy skills, both written and oral.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Serve as the primary legal counsel for condominium development projects, including the structuring and development of commercial, retail, hotel, resort, and residential condominiums, as well as land condominiums and vertical subdivisions.

•  Manage all aspects of the pre-turnover process for residential and commercial condominiums, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in compliance with regulations.

•  Draft and negotiate complex condominium and vertical subdivision documents, navigate approvals, and ensure adherence to industry standards.

•  Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and clear communication throughout the development process.

•  Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals, supporting a culture of efficiency and excellent client service.
