Responsibilities

Be the Local Expert: Stay informed on local real estate trends, listings, and community insights to confidently answer client questions and build trust.

Deliver Exceptional Service: Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to ensure clients feel supported, heard, and valued throughout their home-buying or selling journey.

Master Communication: Manage and respond to client emails with professionalism and urgency, ensuring every inquiry receives prompt, thoughtful attention.

Drive Results: Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline, keeping an eye on key metrics and working proactively to meet or exceed team sales goals.

Sharpen Your Edge: Participate in daily sales training and role-playing sessions to continuously enhance communication, persuasion, and conversion skills.

Coordinate with Precision: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and agents, following up efficiently to ensure seamless interactions and next steps.

Qualifications

Flexible Availability: Open to both full-time and part-time scheduling, with the ability to work various shifts as needed.

Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable adjusting to market changes and external shifts, maintaining composure and productivity.

Real Estate Knowledge (Bonus): A real estate license or familiarity with the industry is beneficial but not required.
