Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the real estate sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, property owners, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions, marketing, and leasing teams to develop strategic initiatives to grow the business.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
  • Lead negotiations for business deals, leases, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated CRM system with prospect and client interactions and status updates.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
  • Prepare reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
  • Assist in setting annual growth goals and developing action plans to achieve them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, development, or business development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, investment analysis, and property management practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and market research tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A real estate license (preferred but not required depending on the market/position).
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
