What You'll Do:
- Support real estate and land use, civil litigation, and business transactional matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, project entitlements, and related agreements
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and client communications
- Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Build your individual practice while working closely with experienced attorneys
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional work
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Interest or experience in real estate, land use, and civil litigation
- Active California Bar license
- A motivated, team-oriented mindset and desire to grow within a firm
