Our client is a global firm looking for a mid-level Real Estate Associate in Las Vegas.

Compensation for this position will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Job Details
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate leasing, experience with management of portfolio or multi-site financing or sales transactions, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence.
Ideal candidates will also have experience in joint ventures, real estate finance, including negotiation/preparation of loan agreements, mortgages, loan documents, and issuing of Nevada legal opinions.
Experience in more than one of the following areas is required: real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, finance, fund formation, and private equity investments.
Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Candidates should also be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented.
Must be admitted or be eligible for admission to the Nevada Bar.
