Job DetailsAs a Contracts Attorney / Property Attorney on our team, we are looking for:
- License to practice law in OH
- 5+ years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing governmental organizations in litigation based civil matters
- Willingness to work in our Downtown Cleveland office 5 days per week
This position regularly handles matters related to a wide variety of cases including enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, construction defects, and other real property issues. Attorney should enjoy significant client contact and public speaking.
