LHH is working with a well-regarded Southern California law firm seeking a Real Estate Transactions Associate to join their Los Angeles office. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
- Advise institutional and individual clients on strategic investment and operational matters
- Work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated deals involving local, national, and international properties
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of real estate transactional experience
- Strong work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- California Bar admission required
Compensation & Benefits
- $180,000-$250,000 base salary (DOE) + merit-based annual bonus
- 1700 billable hours target
