LHH is working with a well-regarded Southern California law firm seeking a Real Estate Transactions Associate to join their Los Angeles office. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
  • Advise institutional and individual clients on strategic investment and operational matters
  • Work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated deals involving local, national, and international properties

Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of real estate transactional experience
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • California Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $180,000-$250,000 base salary (DOE) + merit-based annual bonus
  • 1700 billable hours target
